Advanced Firearms Training

Our Advanced Handgun course is an intensive 8-hour live-fire program designed for experienced shooters ready to elevate their skills beyond the fundamentals.

Building on a solid proficiency in safe handling and basic marksmanship, this course pushes participants through practical, scenario-based drills that emphasize real-world defensive capabilities. Key training elements include:

  • Advanced weapons manipulation under stress

  • Efficient draw from holster (concealed or open carry)

  • Rapid reloads (emergency and tactical)

  • Engaging multiple threats

  • One-handed shooting (strong and support hand)

  • Shooting while moving (dynamic movement, including forward, lateral, and backward)

  • Shooting while in the prone and supine positions.

Students will engage in challenging, high-intensity exercises that stimulate realistic threats, focusing on speed, accuracy, decision making, and performance when it matters most. Small class sizes ensure personalized coaching and immediate feedback from certified instructors.

This course is ideal for those seeking to refine tactical handgun skills for self-defense, concealed carry, or professional applications. Prerequisites typically include completion of an intermediate or beginner handgun course (or equivalent experience) to ensure everyone can safely participate at this level.
